Petly ("Petly", "we", "us") operates the Petly mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

A. Information you provide

When you use the App, you may provide:

• Account information: email address, display name, and authentication details needed to sign in (for example, Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In). Your App account is linked to a unique user identifier (for example, a Firebase user ID).
• Profile information: username, profile settings, and profile photos you choose to upload. Profile photos are stored as image files and linked to your account.
• App content and activity: information you create or generate in the App, such as focus sessions (activity name, session length, timestamps, time zone), tags you create/select, progress/streaks, pet/companion selections, and preferences.
• Social features: if you use friends/companion features, we process friend requests and friend lists.

B. Information collected automatically

When you use the App, we (and our service providers) may collect:

• Device and app information: device type, operating system version, app version, language, and similar technical information.
• Log and network information: approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, and request/response details when the App communicates with our backend for core functionality and security.

C. In-App Purchases

If you purchase coin packs (consumable in-app purchases):

• Purchases are processed by Apple (and Google Play on Android, if applicable). We do not receive your full payment card details.
• We and/or our purchase management provider may receive purchase-related data such as product identifiers, purchase status, and transaction/receipt identifiers to deliver purchased items and help prevent fraud.
